Carousell Certified Home Service is rendered exclusively by Preferred service providers in categories like Aircon, Movers & Delivery, Home Repair, Renovation, and Home Cleaning.
Each service comes with transparent pricing via published price guides, plus warranties on both workmanship and parts used—so you can book with confidence.
Workmanship warranty
All Certified Home Services come with a workmanship warranty to cover labour-related issues—not including the cost of parts.
This means if the work wasn’t done right—like incomplete cleaning or a repair that doesn’t hold—you can reach out to us. Our team will help you get it resolved quickly with the service provider.
*Examples include: recurring issues after a repair, sub-par installations, or areas missed during cleaning.

If your Certified Home Service includes parts supplied by the service provider, you’ll also get a free replacement warranty for those parts.
