[Singapore] How to create a InstantBuy Listing?
One of the easiest things to do on Carousell is to sell! Here's a guide on how to create your InstantBuy listing:
- To create a listing, tap on 'Sell' (the '+' icon)
- Fill in your listing title
- Choose the most suitable category for your item. Sellers onboard the InstantBuy program will be able to see the InstantBuy option when you list it in the InstantBuy categories. You may choose to list your items with or without InstantBuy.
- Complete your listing details as accurately as possible! It’s important to help buyers know what they're purchasing and reduce the chances of returns.
- That’s all there is! List it!
How do I enable InstantBuy on my existing listings?
To enable InstantBuy on your existing listings, select “Edit Listing” on the product listing page. Select “Yes” for the option to list with InstantBuy. Fill up the required fields and click save. It is now an InstantBuy listing!
What are the available delivery options I can provide?
There are 4 delivery options available on Carousell which you can offer to your buyers. Simply select delivery as the deal method and add the options with a fee or for free:

Once you have created your listing, your buyers would be able to see the different options and select one to their preference. Delivery fees are added to the item price at checkout. We recommend you to take a photo of your parcel before shipping it out to let your buyers know the parcel is coming!
Why am I unable to see the InstantBuy option when I’m listing?
InstantBuy is only available for the following categories.

Only sellers onboard the programme will see the option to list their products as InstantBuy. If you have signed up to be an InstantBuy seller but you do not see the InstantBuy option, the product category you have selected may not be applicable for InstantBuy.
