You can have an ease of mind knowing that items in the collection are always available and ready-to-ship. Items with Instantbuy will get to you safely, conveniently and as described. 

If the item received is not as described, rest assured that Carousell will step in the transaction and facilitate eligible returns back to the seller and refunds to you. 

How will I receive my item? 

There are 4 ways you can choose to receive your item when you pay with Carousell Protection. 

• Same-day delivery - Tracked shipping within the day, at a fee.
• Express delivery - Tracked shipping in 2 working days upon order confirmation.
• Standard delivery - Untracked Singpost normal mail in 4 working days upon order confirmation. You would bear the risk of any lost deliveries if you choose this method of delivery.
• Custom Courier - Meetup or other methods of delivery may be offered by the seller

What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the item I received? How do I request a return?

If you receive an item not as described or damaged, raise a return request on the order details page within the 7-day return period and let your seller know what went wrong. Our support team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a return drop-off if the return request is valid. You will need to return the item before your refund can be processed. 

Once the seller has received the returned item, the seller can click “Item Returned” and your refund will be processed.
