[Singapore] How do I pack my return parcel for InstantBuy?

To be eligible for a return, your item with InstantBuy must be unused and in the same condition as how you received it. You will have to return the product in its original received condition, complete with all of its original inclusions such as

• Original brand packaging (Phone box)
• Free gifts
• Warranties
• Tags
• Manuals
• All the accessories provided with the product

You may like to include a note inside the parcel indicating your Carousell username and order number for us to identify your return easily. Take a photo of the item before and after wrapping to show that all items are packed in the original box and the parcel is sealed securely. Note that Carousell/ the seller reserves the right to reject the return and any request for return if the returned item does not meet the above requirements and/ or is due to a change of mind. 

Ninja Van pickup

For Ninja Van pickup, we recommend you write the return tracking ID on the package for easier identification by the seller.

Ninja Van drop off

For Ninja Van drop-off returns, you will need to print out the AWB provided to you by our support team. Please make sure the printed AWB is in a piece of A4 paper and cut the AWB according to the dotted line. Attach the label securely onto the package to ensure that it does not come off easily during handling of the package. Only attach 1 label to avoid any issues with shipment processing and delivery. 

The parcel will not be accepted at drop-off if:

• The shipment does not have a printed label.
• There are more than 1 set of printed labels 
• The label is damaged.
