The 1-year original Apple warranty covers hardware defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Apple's published guidelines. It also provides coverage for accessories included in the box, such as the cable.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear or issues with the software. How do I make a warranty claim?
All claims are handled directly by Apple since this is an original Apple warranty. Can I purchase AppleCare+?
Yes, you can buy AppleCare+ within 60 days of purchasing a Premium device. You can do this directly on your Premium device by going to Settings > General > About and choosing ‘Add AppleCare+ Coverage’ or simply buy it at an Apple Store.

What is the return policy for Premium devices?
Only unopened and sealed devices in their original packaging are accepted for returns. You can return your Premium device at no extra cost within the first 7 days from the date of receipt if you encounter the following:
- The device received is different from the listing description
- The device received is defective, damaged and/or faulty on delivery
If you discover issues after unboxing the device, such as hardware defects, contact Apple Support directly (https://support.apple.com/en-sg) or visit an Apple Store.
Note: Any extra fees, e.g. admin fees charged by Apple, will not be covered by Carousell. You’ll have to make payment directly to Apple.
