What is Support Inbox?
At Carousell, we're committed to providing visibility into how we enforce our policies in the marketplace. Support Inbox is an in-app messaging system to provide you with updates of reports that you've submitted to us. After our moderators have reviewed your submitted report on a user/listing, you'll receive a message in your Support Inbox.
If your listing has been removed by our moderators, a message will also be sent to your Support Inbox.
Where can I find the Support Inbox?
Currently, this feature is only available on our mobile app.
- Go to 'Me' (Profile)
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Support Inbox (under 'Help and Support')
Support Inbox for Restricted Users
If your account has been restricted for specific reasons, you may lift your restriction by acknowledging to the message found within our Support Inbox. Simply tap on the 'Acknowledge' button (seen in the screenshot) to lift your restriction. If you disagree with the restriction reason, you may also submit an appeal to us.
Why don't I see an 'Acknowledge' button?
If you don't see an 'Acknowledge' button, it means your restriction reason requires you to first correct the actions requested, then reply to our Support Team's email sent to your registered email address.
