How long does it take to receive the item?
Seller has 6 days to confirm deal and mail out item, you can check the delivery status in order detail page. You should receive your item within 7 days from the day the seller has mailed out.
For Certified Phones, your delivery time would vary according to the deal method selected:

Tracked Delivery: To be received within 3 days

Same Day Delivery: To be received within 24 hours

Pay on Delivery: Only available from 9AM to 7PM, Weekdays only. Delivery may vary from the same day to up to 3 days.
In the case you don't receive the item, please check with your seller. Alternatively, you can raise a dispute via the Carousell app and our support team will help you out.
