What if I do not want to use Carousell Protection?

Carousell Protection helps to ensure that transactions are conducted with 100% commitment and peace of mind. However, we do understand that there may be certain circumstances where you might choose not to use Carousell Protection.

In this instance, if you do receive a Carousell Protection deal request, you may choose to cancel the deal and offer the buyer an alternative deal method in the chat. We also suggest that sellers who do so share with the buyer why you prefer not to use Carousell Protection at the moment.
