[Singapore] What happens to the payment when an issue is raised?

Upon raising an issue via the Carousell Resolution Centre, users can be assured that payment will continue to be held by Carousell until a resolution has been provided. Only after which, Carousell will process a refund or make a pending balance available for cash out accordingly.

Carousell will seek to conclude all issues within 21 days from when they are raised via the Carousell Resolution Centre.
