If you have purchased an item through CarouPay, you will be able to raise an issue via the Carousell Resolution when:
- You don't receive an item
- You receive an item that is not as described
This has to be done within 48 hours of either the item's delivery or 7 days after it was dispatched by the seller. This is because payment will be released to sellers after the 48 hour time window.
