What if a seller does not respond after raising an issue?

Under our Escalations & Resolutions policy, a seller has 3 days to respond and acknowledge an issue raised via the Carousell Resolution Centre. Following which, both users will have up to 7 days to come to an agreement on the resolution of the issue.

If an agreement has not been reached 7 days after an issue being raised, Carousell will step in to review and decide on the final resolution of the issue.
