After your buyer collects the item at 7-Eleven, you'll receive a notification that the payment is being processed. The transaction will be reflected in your Pending Balance. After 7-11 transfers the money into your Balance, you can proceed to transfer to your preferred bank account. (Do note that your email address and mobile number have to be verified before you're able to transfer the balance to bank account.)
Pending Balance means: the money is still in 7-Eleven's bank account. After your buyer picks up the parcel, you will need to wait 5-8 days for 7-Eleven to transfer the money to Carousell's bank account.
Only when you see the funds in your Balance, you can proceed to transfer to bank account and it will take 4 working days to receive the money.
Note: If you don't see 'Pending Balance', please update your Carousell app to the latest version.
You can tap on "Balance" and "Manage" on the top right to add your bank details.
Once the buyer has collected the item and made the payment at 7-Eleven, you will be able to transfer the funds from your Balance.
- Buyer collects and makes the payment between Monday to Sunday (as shown in yellow).
- 7-Eleven will consolidate the completed transactions on the following Monday to Thursday (as shown in green). National Holidays may result in a delay.
- Payment of completed transactions will be transferred from 7-Eleven to Carousell. Seller will receive payment from Carousell within 4 working days. If it falls on a National Holiday, there might be a delay.
Once the buyer collects the item from 7-Eleven, the money from the transaction will be reflected in your “Pending Balance”. The money in “Pending Balance” cannot be transferred to bank account until 7-Eleven processes the money, which may take 5-8 days. Once processed, the money will move to "Balance" and will be available for you to transfer to bank account.

For transactions completed* between Monday to Wednesday, sellers will be able to transfer to bank account on the next Tuesday.
For transactions completed between Thursday to Sunday, sellers will be able to transfer to bank account on the next Thursday.
Sellers should expect to receive payment from Carousell within 4 working days after transferring to bank account.
*Transaction completed refers to when the buyer picks up the item.

You will be able to view the transactions in your Pending Balance once your buyer has picked up the item at 7-Eleven. To withdraw the balance amount, you will need to wait till the money reflects in your Balance, then you can proceed to transfer to your preferred bank account.
Will there be any fee involved?
There will be NT$4 bank fee per transfer (promotional period), with the exception of TFCB (Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank) customers.
