[Singapore] - Listing criteria for a Certified Mobile Device

The device can only be listed as a certified listing if meets the following conditions: 

• Fully functional and has no hardware and software defects
• No issues in the key features which includes (and not exhaustive of) the  LCD screen, Battery, Camera, Headphone jack, Speakers, Microphone, Charging port, Wifi connectivity and Bluetooth
• The battery health should be at least 80% or more
• There are no visible scratches on the body and/or on the screen that can be seen from afar
• It is able to connect to the local telco operators. Devices sourced from overseas should undergo a factory reset and the network settings have to be unlocked.
• Falls under the following model;
  - iPhone series released after year 2017
  - Samsung series released after year 2019
  - All other Android versions released after year 2017
