Pace is a payment solution that helps you increase sales - by splitting customer purchases into 3 instalments both online and in-store. 2. As a seller, how do I use Pace?

You will receive payment in your account within 2 working days.
4. Can I wait until I receive the money before I send out my products?
Once the payment status has turned green and is “Approved”, the payout will be made. It depends on whether you want to wait till you receive your money before sending out the products.
5.Why is there a difference between my product selling price and the amount transferred to my bank?
The amount transferred to your bank account is after deducting the agreed fees.
6.Is it possible to increase or decrease the instalment duration?
Pace offers 3 instalment payments over but the buyer can choose to pay the instalments early.
7. What is the transaction limit on buyers?
The Pace Buy Limit for every customer is SGD 3000 for credit cards and SGD 1500 for debit cards.
8.What to do if there are refunds?
If you agree to the refund as a seller, Pace will facilitate the refund for you. For refunds on purchases that were already paid out to you, you will have to transfer us back the amount, then we will refund the buyer.
