How can I enable 7-ELEVEN Convenience Store Cash on Delivery for my listings?
Go to your listing > Select "Edit listing details" > Scroll down and under "Meet-up or Delivery" > Turn on for "7-ELEVEN" > Select "Save Details"
To confirm this, look out for a truck icon .
7-ELEVEN Convenience Store Cash on Delivery is only available for items that are within the guidelines. Refer to this article for more information.
What should I do when I received an offer through Quick Buy?
You are encouraged to communicate with the buyer before accepting the offer. You have 3 days to tap on "Start Delivery" before the order gets cancelled.
Once you have done so, the shipping code will be generated and you will have another 4 days to ship out the item.
If the shipping code doesn't get utilised within the next 4 days, it will expire and the order will be cancelled.
How do I use 7-ELEVEN to deliver my item?
Tap on 'Start Delivery' and there would be a shipping code generated. Follow the steps shown in this article and the item will be on its way to the buyer.
How long does it take for the item to arrive at the buyer's selected 7-ELEVEN?
It takes approximately 2 working days for the item to arrive and your buyer will be notified of the item's arrival.
How long does it take for me to receive my payment?
Once the buyer collects and makes payment at 7-ELEVEN, you will receive the notifications then you will be able to transfer balance to bank account. For more information, please refer to this FAQ.
How can I report a dispute that was shipped by 7-ELEVEN?
If you encounter an issue with an item that was shipped by 7-ELEVEN, contact Carousell within 24 hours of collecting the item so that we can help you out.
Provide us with your username, the other party's username and the title of the listing involved and we'll be in touch with you shortly. Do also send us photos of the item received by adding an attachment.
At the same time, we advise getting in touch with the seller to inform him/her of any concerns you have with your purchase.
Can I leave a feedback for my buyer?
Yes, leaving a feedback is encouraged! Once the transaction has been completed, you’ll be able to leave a feedback for each other.
What if the parcel returned to the logistic center?
You will receive the notification to bring your ID to pick up the parcel when arrival. If you do not pick up within 7 days, it will be returned to 7-ELEVEN logistic centre (deposed after 15 days).
Please provide the receiver's information here and you will need to bear the shipping fee if you would like to get back the parcel.
