[Taiwan] How can I buy with 7-Eleven Convenience Store Cash on Delivery?

What is Quick Buy?

Use "Quick Buy" to receive your through the 7-Eleven Convenience Store Cash on Delivery method. To identify items that are available to be purchased through this method when browsing, look out for the truck icon shown next to the price of the item.

Only items that are within the guidelines of 7-Eleven will be allowed. For more information, you can refer to this FAQ.

You'll be required to select your pick-up store and also to provide the name and mobile number of the recipient collecting the item. 

The seller has 3 days to tap on "Start Delivery" or else the offer will be automatically cancelled.

What will happen when we have agreed to transact?

Once the seller starts the shipping process, the seller will be given a 7-Eleven shipping code and will have 7 days to ship out the item. Once sent out, you'll receive a notification to inform you that the seller has shipped the item out. 

Within 2 days, the item will reach the 7-Eleven you have chosen and you'll receive a notification to inform you of the item's arrival. From then, you'll have 7 days to pick it up.

How do I collect my item at 7-Eleven?

To collect your item, you will be required to provide the name and the last 3 digits of the mobile number that you have entered in your order detail, along with your payment for your order. 

For verification purposes, you may be required to provide your ID so be sure to have your ID with you as well!  

What if I have issues with the item that I have received?

If you encounter an issue with an item that was shipped by 7-Eleven, contact Carousell within 24 hours of collecting the item so that we can help you out.

Provide us with your username, the other party's username and the title of the listing involved and we'll be in touch with you shortly. Do also send us photos of the item received by adding an attachment.

At the same time, we advise getting in touch with the seller to inform him/her of any concerns you have with your purchase.

Can I leave a feedback for my seller?

Yes, leaving a feedback is encouraged! Once the transaction has been completed, you’ll be able to leave a feedback for each other.
