When you will receive a notification that the payment is being processed after the collection of item by buyer at 7-Eleven, the transaction will be reflected in your wallet. It will then be available for "Cash Out" where you can add your bank details. (Do note to verify your email address before cash out.)
Alternatively, you can also tap on "Wallet" and "Manage" on the top right to add your bank details.
Once the buyer has collected the item and make the payment at 7-Eleven, you will be able to cash out within your wallet.
- Buyer collects and makes the payment between Monday to Friday (as shown in yellow).
- 7-Eleven will consolidate the completed transactions on the following Monday to Thursday (as shown in green). National Holidays may result in a delay.
- Payment of completed transactions will be transferred from 7-Eleven to Carousell. Seller will receive payment from Carousell within 3 working days. If it falls on a National Holiday, there might be a delay.

You will be able to view the transactions once your buyer has picked up the item at 7-Eleven. To withdraw the balance amount, you can proceed to 'Cash Out' to your preferred bank account.
Will there be any fee involved?
There will be NT$4 bank fee per Cash Out (promotional period), with the exception of TFCB (Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank) customers.
