To maintain the integrity of the Feedback system, users are not able to remove feedback from their profiles, or from other Carouseller's profiles.
If you receive a feedback you do not agree with, reply to the feedback to share your side of the story. It's always best to also contact the other party directly to find out what went wrong, and work towards an amicable agreement so everyone gets to walk away happy!
You can contact us if the feedback received is inappropriate and/or contains abusive language. The team will review the feedback on a case-by-case basis and take the best course of action, based on our company policies.
