Why is my account restricted?

If you see a pop-up box informing you that you have "Restricted Access," it means that your account is under review and your access to certain features has been restricted.

An email with more information should have been sent to your registered email address. To locate your registered email address, simply go to your Carousell profile page, "Me", and select "Edit Profile". Your email address will be reflected under the email address section.
