What is the Feedback system and how do I make best use of it?
The Feedback system is a tool to help gauge the credibility of a Carouseller, as it reflects his transactional experience with other members of the community.
Leaving a feedback is important as a buyer and a seller, because it helps build trust within the Carousell Community!
If you receive a feedback you do not agree with, reply the feedback to share your side of the story. Contact the other party too, to find out what went wrong and request for him/her to change the feedback by coming to an amicable agreement together so everyone gets to walk away happy!
How do I leave a feedback?
You’ll be able to leave a feedback for a user immediately after an offer has been accepted!
Once offer and acceptance has been made through a chat, there will be an option for you to leave a feedback for the other party in the same chat window!
You’ll be redirected to a page for you to leave a “Positive”, “Neutral” or “Negative” rating, and a mini testimonial of up to 500 characters to add some qualitative value to your feedback!
Once you’ve left your feedback, you can also choose to share your Carousell experience on Facebook or Twitter. If not, simply tap on “Done” to continue Carouselling!
