How do I leave a feedback?

You’ll be able to leave a feedback for a user immediately after an offer has been accepted!

Once offer and acceptance has been made through a chat, there will be an option for you to leave a feedback for the other party in the same chat window!

You’ll be redirected to a page for you to leave a “Positive”, “Neutral” or “Negative” rating, and a mini testimonial of up to 500 characters to add some qualitative value to your feedback!

Once you’ve left your feedback, you can also choose to share your Carousell experience on Facebook or Twitter. If not, simply tap on “Done” to continue Carouselling!

It is advised to only proceed with the offer and acceptance after all aspects of the deal has been discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
