Check out this article to see if your Carousell Notification Settings have been set right.
Once that is done and you're still not receiving Push Notifications, follow the instructions below to troubleshoot this issue:
- Log out of your current session
- Relogin to your account
- Force-quit (kill) the Carousell app by double-tapping the home button and sliding the Carousell app upwards
- Relaunch the Carousell app
You should now be able to receive notifications for Carousell :)
You may send over a test message from another account (or if you have a separate one) to double check. Remember to repeat the above steps if in the event you're unable to receive notifications to "refresh" the connection signal between your device, Apple servers, and our servers.
Should the above method not work out for you, you may be required to reinstall the Carousell app first.
