I’m unable to select the sign up button on the web

After filling up the account registration form and successfully verifying your mobile number, you will then be able to select the “Sign up for free” button as the final step to creating a Carousell user account. However, if the button cannot be select or is unresponsive, check that the following is performed:

  • Ensure that all fields are completed and nothing is left blank
  • Sign up for a Carousell account using Chrome, Safari or Firefox browser
  • If you’re on fullscreen mode, exit fullscreen mode and verify your mobile number again
  • Scroll up and check if any error message (in red box) is shown
