What can I do as an admin for a Group?

Group admins are empowered to keep the quality of the Group awesome!

Here are some things that Group admins can do to help manage the community:

  • Remove irrelevant listings from group
    1. Select "more" icon on the listing
    2. Select "Remove from Group" to remove the listing from Group
  • Appoint users as moderators to help manage the Group
    1. Select "more" icon in Group (below Group's cover photo)
    2. Select "Manage Group"
    3. Select "Members" 
    4. Search and select the user
    5. Select "Appoint as Moderator"
  • Remove or block users from the Group

There are 2 ways to block/remove users from a Group.

Through listing in the Group 

    1. Select "more" icon on the listing
    2. Select either "Remove from Group" or "Block user from Group"

Through "Manage Group"

    1. Select "more" icon in Group (below Group's cover photo)
    2. Select "Manage Group"
    3. Select "Members" 
    4. Search and select the user
    5. Select either "Remove from Group" or "Block user from Group"
  • Unblock previously blocked users 
    1. Select "more" icon in Group (below Group's cover photo)
    2. Select "Manage Group"
    3. Select "Blocked Users" 
    4. Search and select the user
    5. Select "Unblock"
    6. You'll be prompted to confirm your decision to unblock the user
  • Edit Group Info
    1. Select "more" icon in Group (below Group's cover photo)
    2. Select "Manage Group"
    3. Select "Edit Group Info" 
    4. Edit "Group Title", "Group Description" or cover photo of the Group
    5. Select "Save" the submit changes
