I’m still not receiving email notifications

If you don't receive email notifications despite having enabled it for your Carousell account, check the following: 

  • Ensure that your email has already been verified: this can be confirmed by the presence of an email badge on your Profile page
  • Check your junk or spam folder to see if is the emails have been re-routed there

Also, remember that if the chat offer or chat message is read within 3 minutes either on the mobile app or Carousell Web, you will not receive an email notification for that particular chat message.
