How do I change my Push and Email notification preference?

Choose what updates you wish to receive from Carousell by personalising your Push and Email notifications preferences! Push notifications are currently enabled for our mobile app only, but you can choose to receive email notifications if you're a Carousell Web user!

To toggle your preferences:

  1. Go to your profile ("Me" tab)
  2. Select “Settings”
  3. Select “Notification Settings”
  4. Toggle the notification settings accordingly

If you do not see options listed to toggle your Push Notifications, you may have yet to enable them for your device settings. To rectify this, simply visit your device’s Settings to ensure that push notifications have been enabled for the Carousell App.

It is recommended to opt-in for Push Notifications for “New chat messages” and “New offers made to you” so you don't miss out on offers and chats!
