One of the most vital steps in the account registration process is verifying your email!
When you first sign up for Carousell, an email titled "Verify your email on Carousell" will be sent to your email address. Click on the link in the verification email to verify your account.
If you don't see the verification email, check your junk mail or spam folder as the verification email might have ended up there. If you're using Gmail, check your 'Social' and 'Promotions' tabs too!
If you are still unable to find the verification email, you may want to request for a resend here.
Why do I need to verify my email address?
Verifying your account will allow you to successfully post your listings onto the Carousell marketplace, where they can be searched and browsed by potential buyers. Also, having a verified email address will earn you a badge on your Carousell profile page, adding credibility to your profile!
