How do I resend the verification email?

In the event that you're still unable to find the verification email or if the verification link has expired, you can request for the verification email to be resent:

Mobile app

  1. Go to your profile page
  2. Select Edit Profile
  3. Enter your email address again and select "Resend Email Verification"

Carousell Web

  1. Go to your profile page
  2. If your account is still unverified, you will see an option to "Resend email" above your profile photo
  3. Select "Resend email"
